The speaker workstation is configured to perform a method for generating a Speech Hyperlink-Time table in conjunction with a system of universal time. The speaker workstation creates a Speech Hyperlink table. While a speech is being spoken by a speaker, the speaker workstation recognizes each hyperlinked term of the Speech Hyperlink table being spoken by the speaker, and for each recognized hyperlinked term, generates a row in the Speech Hyperlink-Time table. The auditor device is configured to perform a method for processing a speech in conjunction with a system of universal time. The auditor device determines and records, in a record of a Selections Hyperlink-Time table, a universal time corresponding to a hyperlinked term spoken during a speech.
