At each slave station device, storage means stores information used for processing. Acquisition means 26 acquires the information used for processing. Receiving means 21 receives the character message information. Processing means processes the received character message information using the stored information and acquired information. Reporting means 23 and 24 report the contents of the character message information created by the processing.
