An outer periphery of the upper polarizer is arranged inside an outer periphery of the second substrate, and an outer periphery of the resin film is arranged outside the outer periphery of the upper polarizer as viewed from a front surface of the display panel. A cushion material is in contact with the second substrate, and the resin film is interposed between the second substrate and the resin film.
