Side surface openings are formed in the inner cover so that each opening turns upward from the outside to the inside of the inner cover. Openings are formed in the bottom surface of the inner cover around a circle in concentric with the inner cover. Openings are formed in the side surface of the outer cover through which the measuring gases are introduced into a gap between the inner and outer covers. A gap is formed between bottom surfaces of both the covers. An opening is formed at the center of the bottom surface of the outer cover.
