The BD-J module (35) includes a Java virtual machine (38) and an application manager (36). The application manager (36) interprets that the title execution is complete and performs a termination process [1] when no application is run or [2] when the main application has terminated. After execution of the termination process, the module manager (34) selects the next title such as a top menu title.
