Said high-pressure coupling device comprises a bottom part and a top part. The bottom coupling part is provided with a firmly anchored, stiff valve thorn in the form of a valve screw which creates the sealing effect for delivering the medium along with a spring-loaded slide valve sleeve while the top coupling part is provided with a spring-loaded valve plate that creates the sealing effect for the side of the coupling device, which is to be supplied with high-pressure medium, together with a stiff valve body such that a stiff valve element actuates the spring-loaded valve element of the opposite part in the high-pressure coupling device in a valve-actuating manner when the bottom coupling part and the top coupling part are joined.
