The method includes: providing a performance adjustable circuit working at a specific threshold frequency; determining a working power supply of the performance adjustable circuit; when the working power supply is higher or lower than a specific threshold level range corresponding to the specific threshold, adjusting the performance adjustable circuit to work at another specific threshold frequency.
