A first message is transmitted, to a secondary base station, for querying a first secondary cell group (SCG) configuration associated with the secondary base station. A second message is received from the secondary base station after transmitting the first message. The first message includes information indicating that the master base station requests the first SCG configuration, and the second message includes information on the first SCG configuration.
