In the implementations of the present disclosure, the first node directly switches the receiving path and/or the transmitting path of the data packet thereof by means of the indication information, which avoids a reconstruction operation of a PDCP entity of the first node during the switching process of the first node, thereby avoiding an interruption in the service of the PDCP entity, and improving the data transmission efficiency.
