In some aspects, a network node may transmit, to first central unit (CU) that corresponds to an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) donor, an indication of a first resource configuration for communications corresponding to a cell served by the network node and associated with a second CU that corresponds to a base station. The network node may receive, from the first CU, a second resource configuration comprising a distributed unit (DU) cell resource configuration for the cell. Numerous other aspects are described.
