Abstract:
The present invention relates to compositions for and methods of retarding hair loss or facilitating hair growth comprising a hair growth active, a mixture of C12-C15 alkyl lactates and a viscosity modifying agent comprising at least one cellulose and/or a cellulose derivative. Clear compositions are also disclosed.
