In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive synchronization signal block (SSB) measurement time configuration (SMTC) information that identifies a periodicity of a plurality of SSB measurement occasions. The UE may perform at least one of a radio resource management (RRM) operation or a beam management (BM) operation on a group of SSBs based at least in part on whether the plurality of SSB measurement occasions overlap all SSBs of the group of SSBs.
