characterized in that the or each internal plastic layer (7) has a plurality of microperforations (8, 9) arranged in a random fashion on the or each internal plastic layer (7) in such a manner that the air permeability of the internal membrane (5) is comprised between 20 mL/min Bendtsen and 50000 mL/min Bendtsen.
