The photovoltaic frame further includes a first weather-resistant protective layer configured to cover a part of outer surfaces of the top support portion, the bottom support portion, the first side edge portion, the second side edge portion and the transverse edge portion, and a second weather-resistant protective layer configured to cover at least part of the outer surfaces that are not covered by the first weather-resistant protective layer. A thickness of the second weather-resistant protective layer is less than a thickness of the first weather-resistant protective layer.
