In certain embodiment, the electronic device may comprise: a housing; a cover disposed on at least a portion of the housing; at least one fastening member connected to the housing and configured to be detachably fastened around a human body; at least one light emitting structure disposed in an internal space of the housing; and a waterproof member that is between the housing and the cover, having a closed loop shape sealing the internal space, wherein the waterproof member comprises light scattering material, wherein the light emitting structure is configured to emit light that is at least partially visible from outside through the waterproof member.
