The system includes an interface and formatting engine configured for identifying data related to a service in data fields in a service request and a control engine for selecting and executing at least one executable code module based on the service request and generating a user interface for display at a client system. The user interface includes a financial transaction field, an amount-of-transaction field, a payee field, a payor field, and a date field.
