The method includes receiving, a repeated physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from a base station, performing blind decoding on a plurality of candidate PDCCHs, performing a cyclic redundancy check (CRC), comparing the at least two pieces of control information with each other, and determining whether to terminate the blind decoding based on the comparison.
