A non-transitory computer-readable medium stores a set of instructions that when executed by at least one processor of the one more processors cause the at least one processor to detect a usage mode of the foldable electronic device, detect user input to the foldable electronic device, and control a brightness of an active area on the display based on the detected usage mode and detected user input.
