The laminating apparatus 1 also includes an openable/closable upper unit 5, and employs a configuration in which the upper unit 5 is provided with one pressing roller 31 of a pair of pressing rollers of the press-bonding mechanism unit 30, and an upper member of another mechanism for performing a process in a state where the sheet is sandwiched between the films.
