The microelectronic device has an outer enclosure enclosing a first gas in a first space, an inner enclosure disposed in the first space of the outer enclosure, at least one elongated elastomeric member disposed in the inner enclosure, and a plurality of lighting elements embedded in the at least one elongated elastomeric member.
