The timeslot information may indicate a date, a time period, a geographic service area, and quality of service parameters in which the network resource is available for use by subscribers of a multicast service to deliver programs. The timeslot information and cost information are published, and the OTT multicast service provisions the delivery of programs using timeslots secured by the subscribers.
