The augmented reality glasses include: a headgear assembly configured to secure the augmented reality glasses on a user's head; an optomechanical assembly; a frame assembly configured to carry the optomechanical assembly; and a damping rotary structure configured to rotatably connect the headgear assembly and the frame assembly such that when the augmented reality glasses are worn on a user's head, the user is allowed to see a picture displayed by the optomechanical assembly.
