In an embodiment, a wireless power transmitter includes an inverter, an impedance circuit, an inductance circuit including a first transmission coil and a second transmission coil and a switch circuit, wherein the impedance circuit and the inductance circuit are configured to establish a resonance circuit, wherein the inverter is configured to provide AC power to the resonance circuit, and wherein the switch circuit is configured to couple the first transmission coil and/or the second transmission coil to the impedance circuit to change a resonance frequency of the resonance circuit and to keep a frequency of the AC power within a prescribed range.
