Data link lines are on the gate insulating layer to connect data pads of the pad part to the data lines, and an interlayer insulating layer is on the data link lines. Gate voltage supply lines are on the interlayer insulating layer to connect the gate driver with the gate lines. A protective layer is on the interlayer insulating layer to cover the gate voltage supply lines, the protective layer including an opening for exposing the interlayer insulating layer of an area overlapping the data link lines.
