The display panel includes a plurality of pixels, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines; a multiplexer including a plurality of selectors; a plurality of control lines electrically connected to the plurality of selectors, and a plurality of shift register groups. Each of the plurality of control lines is used to control an output terminal of the selector to output a data signal to the data line. Each shift register group includes a plurality of cascaded shift registers and each shift register is electrically connected to at most two of the plurality of gate lines. There are N rows of pixels between pixels corresponding to two of the plurality of gate lines electrically connected to a same shift register and N is a positive integer.
