The ranking is analyzed to designate the digital content items to have a valuation value within at least one of the plurality of valuation tiers. The digital content items axe graphically displayed on a GUI of a remotely-located user computing device and download requests are received from the user computing device. Valuation of the digital content items may be adjusted based on the download requests.
