At least one of the upper assembly or the lower assembly is a chamber assembly. The upper assembly and the lower assembly are movable relative to one another between an opened position where the upper assembly and the lower assembly are detached from one another, and a closed position where the upper assembly and the lower assembly are coupled to one another and form an enclosed plenum for receiving a tool. The air impingement device is arranged at least partially in the plenum, and configured to direct forced flows of air at the tool when the tool is received in the plenum.
