The first circuitry of the first communication terminal transmits, to the second communication terminal, first image data representing a first image and second image data representing a second image. The first circuitry of the first communication terminal transmits, to the second communication terminal, position information indicating a predetermined position on the first image. The second circuitry of the second communication terminal combines, based on the position information, the second image with the first image at the predetermined position on the first image to generate a combined image. The second circuitry of the second communication terminal displays, on a display, the combined image.
