Each of the plurality of pixel units includes a first scan line; a second scan line; a first data line; a second data line; a sensing line; a first pixel electrically coupled to the first scan line, the second scan line and the first data line and configured to generate infrared light; a sensing unit electrically coupled to the second scan line and the sensing line and configured to sense the infrared light; and a second pixel electrically coupled to the first scan line and the second data line.
