The touch panel further includes an electroactive layer which is disposed on the plurality of first electrodes and is formed of an electroactive material. The touch panel further includes a plurality of second electrodes which is disposed on the electroactive layer and extends in a second direction which is different from the first direction. The touch panel further includes an insulating layer which is disposed to cover the electroactive layer and the plurality of second electrodes. The touch panel further includes a plurality of third electrodes which is disposed on the insulating layer and extends in the second direction.
