The fan-out portion includes a first fan-out portion including first conductive lines, a second fan-out portion including second conductive lines, and a separation area between the first fan-out portion and the second fan-out portion that are separated from each other by a predetermined distance in the bending area. A first width of a first conductive line closest to the separation area and a second width of a second conductive line closest to the separation area are different from each other.
