The radiation shielding device includes: a body structure forming a receiving space receiving a user's body part, wherein a through passage penetrating an inside of the body structure is formed in the body structure; a shielding unit positioned to reciprocatively move along the through passage, wherein a shielding pad configured to shield the radiation is included in a portion of the shielding unit; and a driver configured to transfer a driving force to the shielding unit to cause the shielding unit to reciprocatively move.
