Each of the plurality of first-information acquiring units is configured to acquire, from a corresponding cloud among a plurality of clouds that manage first information, the first information in a mode according to the cloud. The second-information acquiring unit is configured to acquire second information. The merge unit is configured to merge the first information acquired by any one of the first-information acquiring units with the second information acquired by the second-information acquiring unit. The processing unit is configured to perform processing based on merge information that is obtained by merging the first information and the second information.
