The processor is configured to obtain measurement data from a plurality of devices and predict prediction data of a specified timing using the obtained measurement data. The processor is configured to calculate, for each device, an error between the measurement data and the prediction data. The processor is configured to, based on the error for each device, assign a notification timing for each of such devices for which there is overlapping of timing of notifying the measurement data of the specified timing.
