An organic light-emitting display device includes: a substrate; a pixel array layer on the substrate, the pixel array layer including a plurality of pixels, each of the plurality of pixels including an organic light-emitting device, an encapsulation layer covering the pixel array layer, and a touch sensing layer on the encapsulation layer, the touch sensing layer including: a plurality of first touch electrodes, and a plurality of second touch electrodes, wherein the plurality of first and second touch electrodes each include: a transparent conductive layer on an upper surface of the encapsulation layer, and a mesh metal layer on the transparent conductive layer, the mesh metal layer including at least three metal layers.
