The first fixed piece portion has press-fit shoulders, to which a pressing force is applied by using a press-fit jig during press-fitting into the movable housing. The second fixed portion further includes a second fixed piece portion connected to the movable portion and a connecting section connecting the first fixed piece portion to the second fixed piece portion.
