In response to determining one or more conditions of forming a data block are met, an Nth data block of a data block chaining ledger is generated, where the Nth data block comprises a first hash value and the asset update record. A second hash value of the asset update record is calculated. The first hash value and the second hash value are sent to the client device to be stored by the client device.
