Provisions are made for the fabric part to be connected to the carrier and to radially project from same, wherein thread systems or the warp threads, on the one hand, and the weft threads, on the other hand, extend at an angle in the range of 20° to 70° to the longitudinal axis of the rod-shaped carrier and pass through the rod-shaped carrier.
