A pin passes through the front tubular leg, the washer and the rear tubular leg successively. The washer includes a curved base and a bowl-shaped support which is located in a central area of the curved base, and a through hole is formed at the center of the bowl-shaped support. The curved base is fixedly connected to the front tubular legs.
