The server determines a communication account of a second communication device corresponding to the second vehicle according to the license plate information of the second vehicle, and sends the communication account of the second communication device to the first communication device. The first communication device receives the communication account of the second communication device, and communicates with the second communication device according to the communication account of the second communication device.
