The driving circuit includes a shift register including: a first input unit for controlling a first node based on signals at first and second clock signal terminals, an input signal terminal, a second node and an output signal terminal; a second input unit for providing a signal at a first constant potential terminal to the second node under control of the first clock signal terminal and providing the signal at the input signal terminal or the first clock signal terminal to the second node under control of the first node; and an output unit for providing a signal at the second clock signal terminal to the output signal terminal under control of the first node and providing a signal at a second constant potential terminal to the output signal terminal under control of the second node.
