A mode switching unit switches between a first mode in which wireless communication with the terminal apparatus using the narrow area communication unit is allowed but the wireless communication using the wide area communication unit is prohibited, and a second mode in which at least wireless communication using the wide area communication unit is allowed. A report mode which outputs sales data calculating predetermined transaction data is assigned to the first mode.
