A user is able to utilize and interact with the device while lying on the ground. The device has an elastic band that is connected to two parallel vertical sides that are attached to a weighted stabilizing base. The height of the device can be adjusted to achieve different impact during the workout. The elastic band can be interchanged to vary the resistance level.
