The present disclosure creates one or more databases where identifiable behavior or evaluative characteristics can be analyzed or categorized to inform, alert and assist the driver with voice assistance to avoid or fix specific issues. The evaluation can include prediction for future events. The database can be correlated or evaluated with other databases for a wide variety of uses.
