An inner-plate low pressure side recess portion and an inner-plate high pressure supply region are provided along a rotation direction of the rotor. The inner-plate low pressure side recess portion supplies oil to the columnar grooves at a first pressure, and the inner-plate high pressure supply region supplies oil at a second pressure higher than the first pressure. A size from an inner-plate low pressure side recess portion downstream end to an inner-plate high pressure side through-hole upstream end in the rotation direction is different from that from an inner-plate high pressure side recess portion downstream end to an inner-plate low pressure side recess portion upstream end in the rotation direction.
