The elastic element is elastically abutted against the movable fixing element. An end of the movable fixing element has a limiting part passing through the through hole. The connecting ring movably cooperates with the movable fixing element. The pull element movably cooperates with the connecting ring. The connecting ring has an outer arc surface contacting the sliding assembly and the pull element by point-contact to decrease a contact area between the connecting ring and the sliding assembly and between the connecting ring and the pull element.
