The terminal can receive a list including one or more values corresponding to one or more CE levels from a network, determine a CE level, and apply a value corresponding to the determined CE level among the values included in the list. Alternatively, the terminal can receive a specific value and one or more offset values corresponding to the one or more CE levels from the network, determine a CE level, manipulate the specific value by using an offset value corresponding to the determined CE level, and apply the manipulated specific value.
