The resource configuration method includes: configuring one or more resources by a base station for a first reference signal which is precoded with one or more beam weighting coefficients, and configuring one or more resources for a second reference signal which is not precoded with one or more beam weighting coefficients or precoding of which is unknown to a UE; and transmitting one or more resource configurations of the first reference signal and one or more resource configurations of the second reference signal to the UE. Hence, a 3D MIMO system may flexibly support reference signals of multiple types.
