The receiver is arranged at least partly within the assembly housing. The assembly housing comprises an assembly sound outlet. The sound outlet is arranged in communication with the assembly sound outlet for outlet of sound from the receiver via the assembly sound outlet. A vibration dampening element connects the sound outlet and the assembly sound outlet. The vibration dampening element is formed by an elastic foil and is compliant to reduce vibrations from the receiver to the assembly housing.
