The display unit comprises a flexible display layer having primary and secondary viewing regions formed as a monolithic structure. The primary viewing region is mounted on the front surface of the display unit. The secondary viewing region is folded about at least an edge of the display unit. The electronic device comprises a memory to store program instructions and a processor to execute the program instructions to direct the primary and secondary viewing regions to display first and second content, respectively.
